Payment encouraging model is the international job evaluation mode which synthesizes those of Hesselbach and Mercer. It combines the main thought of CSR post performance payment system and ‘Qiao’ career development system of Zhuzhou institution, it is a compound payment system integrating ’personal ability’ (career development level), ‘post responsibility’ (post responsibility specification) and ‘performance evaluation’ (performance evaluation of last year).
