The after-sale service station establishes in accordance with wind field, we have technical engineers with high quality and high skill to do the long-term after-sale service on site, during the whole construction and warranty stages, including arrival of goods, installation, hoisting, debugging and maintaining. The stationary points are established near wind field, which is no more than 15km from wind field, and we could accurately locate the failure of wind turbine and dispose the failure effectively in 24 hours.

Set operation real time monitoring: after the wind turbine is combined to the grid, we would make real time monitoring on the operation situation of every set through remote monitoring device, we would arrange on-duty personnel, so the abnormity during the operation could be found promptly, and the potential problems in wind turbine could be analyzed, so we could come up with reasonable and effective advices for product improvement, technology advance and wind field management.
QMS system total quality control: CSR Wind Power introduced QMS quality management system in 2010, realized total quality control on set design, production and operation, established rapid feedback and disposal platform for technical and quality problems, and comprehensive technical quality problem analytic statistical database. Every wind turbine has its own operating maintenance file, so the long-term operation of set could get double quality assurance.

Three-level accessories storage: materials of after-sale service center are prepared in three levels, namely wind field storehouse-area storehouse-central storehouse, offer triple guarantee to the storage and supply of wind field accessories.
SAP system accessories integrated management: we have advanced SAP storehouse management system, the material storage and dynamic information of every storehouse could be integrated, the full-way tracing of accessories allocation and the efficient join of all links could be realized. So the supply efficiency of accessories could be greatly increased.
